Very difficult to install. After 2 hours of trying, contacted HP. Worked with them (2 different people) for over 2 hours more. Finally Googled for resolution and figured out on my own it was a firewall issue. Searched Microsoft knowledge base and opened ports in firewall, then installation worked perfectly.

HOWEVER, every time I restarted my PC, the printer disappeared. Searched HP knowledge base and found that the solution was to reinstall. If only had to do once, that would be okay, BUT had to do EVERY TIME I RESTART MY PC. Unacceptable!
