HP Officejet 6500 Wireless

What I was looking for was only something basic; a printer that prints, in good quality and at a fast enough speed. What I found instead was this HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer. For $150 I was able to get office efficiency which I thought was not possible.

I used to wait for a whole day before I can get the reports I needed because some of the work involved had to wait for one type of task to be completed before proceeding to the next.

My office staff was in fact grateful that I came to my senses and got the office updated with some modern equipment. They did not expect that I had gone all out and bought an all-in-one printer. Plus the fact that all three of the staff working at the office can have access to the printer and work without messy wires to avoid or trip over.

In fact I think I got the efficiency I wanted from my staff when we started using this HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer. Here’s why:

1. Scanning, photocopying, photo printing can be done right here in the office. No need for the office messenger to go somewhere else and have the other tasks done, including the photo printing. The machine has a memory card slot and allows us to produce photo prints we need from time to time.

2. It has this auto document feeder that allows scanning and copying even up to 35 pages at a time. Although I don’t think there is actually a need to reach the maximum level.

3. Not only does this HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer produce excellent prints at a fast speed, work is done even faster with its two-sided printing.

4. It can send out fax messages directly from the computer without the need for producing a hard copy. In fact even the incoming fax messages are saved directly in my secretary’s PC files.

5. Clears away the traffic at the office; no one needs to go to the printer itself to navigate the printer via the control panel. Software links the PC directly to the control panel. In fact it didn’t take time for first time users like us to install the printer and its wireless connection.

Now everybody can gets orders via fax, print photos, scan invoices, produce reports with little man-hour spent waiting or going out of the office building just to have another outlet do the job for us.

I am trying to finish off with this review with at least a mention of one setback but I could not find any for now. It may be that most of us here are new to high-tech printers and still do not know everything we should about modern-day printers. For me, that is a good enough sign, because if the HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer does a great job for non-savvy users like us, then, I rate it even more as user friendly.

Glad I read reviews and saw a demo of this HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer; otherwise I would have stuck my guns to a basic inkjet printer.
