HP LaserJet P1006 Printer

Hi there, I am Deborah Beck and I would like to share my thoughts about HP LaserJet P1006 Printer. Actually as of writing time, I am still busy printing report pages using my HP LaserJet P1006 Printer and I will be done in a little jiffy because everything has went well and smoothly.

This has always been my experience with this HP printer and it always leaves me feeling good seeing the outcome of my labored reports printed into fine looking documents. So I thought, ?why not do HP a favor and give them a good review in return for coming out with this very dependable printer?? I really feel good about it because I got this HP LaserJet P1006 Printer for less than a $100 dollars early last year.

I attend a community college here in Milwaukee for Internet/New Media courses and I was really taken by surprise by the amount of reports I was tasked to do. It became a necessity for me to buy this HP LaserJet P1006 Printer that is solely dedicated for printing professional looking documents. It is very important if I am out to impress my professors.

Although my dad has an all-in-one printer in his home office, it seemed to be burdened by a lot of functions that it falls short in coming up with crisp looking documents. Since this HP LaserJet P1006 Printer is basically for black and white, I use the all-in-one whenever I needed some colored graphics or images.

Before going into all the right things about HP LaserJet P1006 Printer, I will tackle the only disadvantage it had for me. At the time I bought the HP LaserJet P1006 Printer, my laptop which was working on a Mac Snow Leopard, was not yet compatible. That is all behind me now though because the Mac has been updated and now the two works well together.

It instantaneously tackles the printing task coming from a Power Save mode because of the Instant-on Technology. This lessens the time spent to do printing jobs.

1. It works quietly so it allows me to get busy with other things.

2. It prints very fast, true to its Energy star claim for being energy efficient.

3. There is this 10-sheet priority input tray which I use for loading special types of paper. This way, work flow goes on smoothly without the need to switch papers in the main tray.

4. It easily aborts any unwanted printing tasks by just pressing the Cancel button.

5. The USB 2.0 port connectivity is highly reliable which I was able to test when it had compatibility problems with my laptop. I was able to use HP LaserJet P1006 Printer using the PC in my daddys home office.

There now, I have shared with the readers how a compact machine like this HP LaserJet P1006 Printer can work very efficiently like a little workhorse sans the hassles. Amazing documents are printed that a hard working student like me will be proud to hand over to my mentors. The $100 I paid for it was amazingly low for a years output of high-quality performance.
