Canon Pixma Pro 9500

Good news and bad news about the Canon Pixma Pro 9500 :
Good News: This printer produces beautiful prints.
Bad News: 1) The ink cartridges are costly ($20) hard to find and run out quickly.
2) The machine is balky and commonly takes 10 - 20 minutes of fussing with before it will start printing (this is often because it does not recognize its own ink cartridges).
3) It is very slow. I use it to produce giclees on large format (13x19") art paper and it seems to produce them at about half the speed of my former 9000 - a printer I traded in for this "upgrade" and now wish I had back.
